: Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM) is announcing call for submission of the applications for Principal Recipient nomination for the Global Fund HIV grant renewal (GEO-H-GPIC).
Grant implementation period: July 2013 – December 2015.
Potential candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Organization should be an independent legal entity (local from public of private sectors)
- Organization should have independent supervisory board;
- Organization should have ability to receive and issue grants in accordance to the acting Law;
- Organization should have proof experience in management of international grants in health sector. Experience in implementation of The Global Fund program would be an asset;
- Organization should have an organizational structure with effective leadership, management and accountability procedures;
- Organization should have staff with relevant education, background and experience in implementation of international projects;
- Organization should have an effective and flexible system in place for internal control arrangements;
- Organization should have relevant management information system (MIS) in place for implementation e – transactions, registration and error-free reporting;
- Organization should have effective procurement system and sound experience in conduction of local and international procurement’s (including Health products and Pharmaceuticals);
- Organization should have supply chain management system in place;
- Organization should have an effective and flexible system in place for internal control arrangements;
- Organization should have relevant material and technical resources.
