78^th CCM meeting was convened on April 15, 2015 at the Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia.

The meeting was presided by Ms. Tamar Gabunia, CCM Vice-Chair.

During the meeting HIV Concept Note and HIV/AIDS National Strategic Plan 2016-2018 was endorsed by the CCM members.

The information on the Study on programmatic and financial sustainability planning in EECA was presented.
