On December 25, 2014 the Oversight Committee conducted the site visit to the National Center of Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases. The purpose of the visit was to assess the current status of implementation of the Global Fund funded Tuberculosis Program

74th CCM meeting was convened on September 25, 2014 at the Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia.

The meeting was presided by Ms. Tamar Gabunia, CCM Vice-Chair.

Presentation and discussion about the Improvement Plan and Action Plan to fulfill the Eligibility and Performance requirements of the Global Fund were held.

During the meeting the members endorsed the Improvement Plan and Operation Plan.

The Global Fund projects implementation status and other important issues were discussed during the meeting.

 

73rd CCM meeting was convened on September 19, 2014 at the Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia.

The meeting was presided by Mr. David Sergeenko, Minister of Labor, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia, CCM Chairperson.

The results of the Eligibility and Performance Assessment conducted with Technical Assistance of French 5% Initiative were presented to the members. During the meeting members endorsed self-assessment results.

The Global Fund projects implementation status and other important issues were discussed during the meeting.

On December 1, 2014, National Center of Disease Control and Public Health, Infectious Diseases, AIDS and Clinical Immunology Research Center, Prevention Task Force within the framework of the Global Fund’s HIV/AIDS Program jointly organized the conference dedicated to World AIDS Day in Expo-Georgia.
